Purpose: View and edit activities assigned to your Strategic Focus Area (SFA).
How to use:
1. Click on any activity to open the edit window
2. Update the required fields (name, dates, budget, KPIs, etc.)
3. Click "Save" to save your changes
4. Click "Finalized" when all fields are complete and validated
Note: Your changes are automatically synchronized to the database.
Purpose: Track all modifications made to activities.
What you can see:
• Who made changes (user)
• Which activity was modified
• Which field was changed
• Before and after values
• When the change was made (timestamp)
Features: Filter by Strategic Focus Area and export changes to Excel.
Purpose: Upload and manage supporting documents for your Strategic Focus Area.
You can upload any documentation showing evidence or supporting your work in elaborating the Reform Action Plan (RAP) for the SFA you are responsible for.
